Everything between a household and its homeowners' association, in one app.
Living in a managed community means dealing with the association constantly, and almost none of it happens in one place. Locali puts all of it in a resident's hands: announcements sorted by urgency, billing with a clear record of what's paid and what isn't, facility bookings, QR visitor passes, and complaints you can follow from raised to resolved. Alongside it sits the community itself — a neighborhood hub, a marketplace, and trusted home services. Residents who own more than one property move between them without signing out.
